We invested 30 years of design and execution expertise in Klassik Landmark. The goal was to build an apartment project that best served the needs of working professionals upgrading from smaller 3BHK and 2BHK flats.
The perfect triangle. Klassik Landmark is a 10 minute drive from the Wipro Head Office on Sarjapur Road, just 6 kms away from Ecospace on the ORR and 9 kms away from Electronic City. The proposed Hosa Road Metro Station is just a 10 minute drive.
Klassik Landmark is spread over 11 acres. Unlike most other developments around Sarjapur Road. We have designed a vehicular free, pedestrian friendly landscaped podium.
The 'wing-shaped' design of the towers, maximises airflow around each building. Unlike a rectangular shaped building, every balcony and window in Klassik Landmark receives ample light and fresh air.
Every lift lobby only serves 3 apartments per floor. Each lift lobby has 2 lifts, one 13 person lift and one 6 person lift.
The ventilation in the flats is a direct benefit of the 'wing-shaped' towers. Unlike most other flats in Bangalore, we have discreetly placed all toilets on the outer edge of the building, to ensure ample sunlight and ventilation.
It is big as well. The 25,000sft clubhouse is well equipped to service the 700 apartments in Klassik Landmark.
It is big. You can swim an olympic length lap from one end to the other. The swimming pool is a crowning feature of the project. Some of Klassik Landmark's best views are from flats overlooking the pool.

The location off Sarjapur Road is what impressed me the most about Klassik Landmark project. At present I am staying in flat number 5A, the apartment is superb. The project has a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The sort of place I look forward to after a long day at work. I visited many apartment projects in Sarjapur road, but none came close to Klassik Landmark
I was searching for a 3BHK flat for more than a year. I wanted a quality apartment within my budget. I visited over 15 apartment projects across East Bangalore, including some top builders, but I wasn't convinced, it was either a product shortcoming or an issue with the people who dealt with me. My visit to Klassik Landmark in Dec 2015 was the exact opposite. I then visited their completed project Klassik Benchmark on Bannerghatta road, and I was convinced about their capability. I finally took a call and booked and apartment here. Today the project looks excellent and it was delivered on time.
I had visited the Klassik office on Sarjapur road. They explained to me that they only build one project at a time. Only on completion of the project do they even think of the new project. This is a rare quality amidst the real estate industry. This really impressed me. After digging around, I found this was a fact and not a meaningless statement. This convinced me to book a flat.
I had a very good experience with the team at Klassik. The manner in which they treat you and keep you informed is highly professional. The documentation process works extremely smoothly and the staff are professional, knowledgeable and customer friendly. Whether its pre-sales or post sales; you people really rock.
